Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Proven experience in surgical procedures, patient assessment, and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and latest surgical techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Subspecialty certifications in areas such as sports medicine, trauma, or spinal surgery
- Experience with minimally invasive or robotic-assisted techniques
- Prior experience in a teaching or research environment
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in orthopaedics
- Prior experience working in a hospital or specialized surgical center
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site surgeries, training, or conferences
- Licensure in applicable state(s) with up-to-date certifications
- Commitment to maintaining current medical licenses and certifications
