Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough examinations and managing musculoskeletal issues, both acute and chronic.
- Providing support during surgeries and overseeing pre- and post-operative patient care.
- Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostics such as imaging and lab results.
- Crafting and executing personalized treatment plans.
- Performing procedures like joint injections and casting.
- Educating patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and maintaining overall health.
- Keeping patient records precise and up-to-date.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure and national certification, with a DEA license or eligibility.
- Previous orthopaedic experience is advantageous.
