Our fast-paced, friendly pediatric dental practice is looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just scheduling appointments—you are the guide for families embarking on their orthodontic journey, helping turn nervous consultations into confident smiles.
What You’ll Do
You are the heart of the patient experience. You’ll be the bridge between our clinical team and our families, ensuring every step—from the first hello to the day the braces come off—is smooth and positive.
Patient Experience & Consultations
- Be the Face of the Practice: Welcome patients, build genuine rapport with kids and parents, and act as their primary point of contact.
- Guide the Journey: Coordinate consultations, educate families on treatment options and timelines, and clearly present treatment plans to help parents make informed decisions.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Maintain a high conversion rate by ensuring every family feels heard, supported, and excited about their treatment.
Financial Coordination
- Transparency & Trust: Review insurance benefits, create financial arrangements, and explain costs in a supportive, clear manner.
- Follow-Through: Proactively manage pending treatment plans and unscheduled cases to ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
Scheduling & Team Support
- Maximize Efficiency: Coordinate the schedule to balance patient flow and practice production.
- The "Whatever It Takes" Mindset: As a valued member of a dynamic pediatric practice, you’ll jump in to support the clinical team chairside, assist with sterilization, or help manage patient flow during busy clinic days.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator (Orthodontic/Pediatric experience is a huge plus).
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and insurance.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental preferred).
