Ortho Treatment Coordinator

Castle Dental is seeking an experienced and personable Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to support our Austin-area practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and enjoys traveling between offices. As a TCC, you will be the key connection between patients and the orthodontic team—guiding them through treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling.

• Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
• Coordinate case acceptance and follow-up with prospective patients
• Build strong relationships to improve case conversion and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with orthodontists and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow
• Travel between supported office locations as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient management systems

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
