The OE Manager will develop organizational change management and communications strategies to achieve *** s business objectives within Technology and for the company. The OE Manager will lead projects and provide consulting advice to product teams to ensure their programs have the necessary components for staff to successfully adopt new processes and systems.

Basic Qualifications:
o Doctorate degree OR Master s degree and 4 years Change Management and Communications experience
OR
o Bachelor s degree and 5 years of Change Management and Communications experience
OR
o Associate s degree and 8 years of Change Management and Communications experience
OR
o High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Change Management and Communications
