As the Organization Effectiveness Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
As part of BV Global HR Team, you will be part of a critical and forward-thinking group that collaborates with leaders and HR partners to develop a path for evolving and optimizing organization through growth and change. You will use targeted alignment, optimization, and change practices to accelerate strategy execution and promote engaged professionals.
Partner with BV Leaders and HR Partners to assess organizational challenges, develop clear scopes of work and project approach to design solutions that improve how people, processes, and structures work together. Translate complex information / content and data into simple, actionable insights. Apply effective change management tools to assess, develop, and implement complex, large scale change management plans, and actions to drive adoption. Lead (or advise depending on engagement) organization and team alignment projects, small-to-mid sized organization design, team effectiveness efforts and implement appropriate OE Solution based on assessment and scoping. Develop and implement large OE programs targeted at building enterprise change capability, readiness, and leadership. Support OE capability development with HR partners and leaders in the business. Collaborate with Sr. Director and other HR Leaders to identify and build and embed core OE Capabilities across BV. Supports development & implementation of the Change Management roadmap. Partner with OE, Culture, HR and to share external and internal organizational learnings to drive continues improvement to the OE Toolkits and practices.
6+ years experience in organization effectiveness, facilitation, and OE consulting areas in complex corporate environments Bachelor's degree in human resource, development/behavior/psychology, or a related field. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Proficient application of OE methodologies, processes, and tools to assess and provide OE solutions. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information / content into clear, actionable models and plans and use data to measure impact and inform recommendations. Demonstrated success leading large scale organizational change or transformation initiatives. Experience in Learning and Development, HR Partner, facilitation, and OE consulting areas in complex corporate environments. Master's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Ability to manage projects and project teams using a project plan. Ability to facilitate large groups through problem resolution. Ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex deliverables, supporting various assigned client groups. Work Environment Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
