POSITION SUMMARY:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Director serves as the primary Ardent lead for OCM and Training across the Workday ERP program. This role partners closely with Deloitte to ensure all change management strategy, deliverables, and execution remain aligned to Ardent priorities, culture, and program timeline.

This individual is responsible for driving enterprise readiness, ensuring appropriate engagement across business and functional teams, and holding both internal stakeholders and the system integrator accountable for successful adoption.
