The Perishable Order Selector/Picker is responsible for selecting, stacking, wrapping, and shipping perishable products with strict temperature requirements.
- Obtain and interpret pick lists to assemble correct products.
- Stack and secure pallets, ensuring proper handling of delicate items like eggs and deli products.
- Support warehouse operations, including sanitation, stocking, equipment operation, and yard work.
- Maintain safety, follow procedures, and communicate effectively using various equipment and systems.
- Work in refrigerated, cold, and damp environments, adhering to safety and lifting protocols.
- Work primarily on second shift with rotating schedules, including overtime, in a physically demanding environment.
