This is a full-time, in-person position for a 2nd Shift Order Selector working from 3:00pm until all orders are shipped, including weekends. The role involves physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting up to 90 lbs and pulling an average of 185 cases per hour while working in extreme temperatures ranging from 0 to -20 degrees. Candidates must meet production standards, demonstrate weekly improvement during a 90-day probation, and adhere to a strict attendance policy. Mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays are required. A background and drug screen are necessary. The pay rate is $22.50 per hour. This position operates in a union environment with established production quotas and standards.
