Order Picker

Now hiring an Order Picker in Calera, AL, earning $19.50/hour on 2nd shift, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately picking, preparing, and staging customer orders
• Operating stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely
• Reading pick tickets and using RF scanners or digital systems
• Ensuring order accuracy and meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• 
  Requirements:
  
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume warehouse or shipping environment
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and good work ethic
• 
  Preferred Skills:
  
• RF scanner experience
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
