Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused specialist to support accurate and timely order management from entry through final fulfillment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, cross-functional logistics partners, and corporate customers to investigate open orders, allocate available products, resolve order blocks, and ensure shipments move efficiently through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate customer orders and product allocations systematically from initial entry through successful fulfillment.

  • Investigate complex order blocks and determine the exact root causes impacting product movement and shipping timelines.

  • Navigate daily workflows utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Qlik, advanced Excel, Winshuttle, and other business applications.

  • Collaborate fluidly with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve fulfillment hurdles.

  • Support system testing, process improvement initiatives, and specialized operational projects as assigned by leadership.

  • Deliver exceptional service by responding to internal and external inquiries and resolving order discrepancies promptly.

  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, data analysis, order management, supply chain operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Technical Skills: Strong overall computer proficiency, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, or data filtering) and a strong desire to learn new digital tools.

  • System Familiarity (Preferred): Prior experience working with order processing platforms, business reporting tools, or large data sets; experience with SAP, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or Winshuttle is highly advantageous.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to investigate errors, look at data objectively, and isolate issues independently.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a comfortable and professional demeanor for phone-based and email interactions.

  • Work Style: Exceptionally organized, attentive to detail, and able to prioritize multiple moving tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting a collaborative team culture.

Why Apply?
