Job Title: Provisioning Analyst Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)Contract Duration: 4 months (Possible Extension)Pay Rate Range: $25.00 – 28.59/hr on W2.Work Authorization: Only USC or GC
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DOJob Summary:Duties:- Process customer orders in multiple systems for provisioning and tracking.
- Expedite and escalate orders or issues when necessary to insure timely delivery of services.
- Tracking of orders through the process flow to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of all customer-related orders.
- Interact with internal and external customers when required to facilitate faster delivery of customer service.
Skills: - Candidate must be able to multitask, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be professional, and have a positive attitude.
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized with the ability to work under pressure.
- Need to possess strong problem-solving skills and flexibility.
- Need to have an even temperament, with excellent work ethic and commitment.
Experience: - Industry experience preferred.
