Order Fulfillment Supervisor

The Order Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and resolving various types of order discrepancies across warehouse and fulfillment operations. Discrepancies may include picking issues, surplus order processing, repair and RMA invoicing issues, and credit holds. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑department communication, and attention to detail to ensure orders are accurately resolved and customer commitments are met.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise Order Fulfillment Resolution Associates
• Manage incoming workflow of all surplus problem orders from the warehouse, Swisslog, and Small Parts areas
• Manage incoming workflow of repair and RMA‑related issues
• Manage and resolve incoming credit holds
• Ensure thorough investigation of inventory tagged as missing
• Resolve discrepancies related to allocated and impacted inventory
• Work closely with warehouse, inventory, accounting, and operations teams to amend orders accurately
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing team members
• Promote safety standards, workspace organization, and overall cleanliness
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

• Temporary labor staff as needed

 

Qualifications
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Some technical aptitude or operational understanding

 

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Effective communication skills

 

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Forklift certification as necessary

 

Physical Demands
• Occasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
• Repeated lifting up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds

 

Compensation & Bonus
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000–$70,000 annually.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This role is eligible for a year‑end discretionary company bonus based on overall company goal attainment.

Required Skills

Required Experience

 Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).

Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance trends to identify inefficiencies.

Experience managing personnel, including training, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.

Engaging thoughtfully, providing feedback, and aligning the team on goals.

Managing one’s own emotions while understanding and supporting team members' feelings.

Adaptability and problem solving
