As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, youll lead dynamic, pre-designed, full-body group workouts with confidence and energy. Youll motivate and connect with members to help them reach and exceed their fitness goals, coach proper form, technique, and safety throughout every class, offer modifications to meet a wide range of fitness levels and needs, and confidently demonstrate and coach using Orangetheory equipment and technology. Youll contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy studio culture.

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance, so members can prove theyre improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up their metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
