Roles & Responsibilities
Overall, 20+ years of experience.
A solid technical background and understanding of Oracle Technology Products - Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion
Proven experience in leading customer engagements in the Managed Delivery space.
Through an understanding of the ITIL Process and standard methodologies, PMP or ITIL certifications are preferred.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Experience in managing communication with CXO levels from the customer side, preferably the Manufacturing industry.
Strong contract governance experience while managing customer engagements.
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
