We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Support Consultant with expertise in Direct Procurement to provide L2/L3 production support.

This role focuses on stabilizing procurement operations, resolving production issues, and improving processes across the requisition-to-purchase lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support (L2/L3)

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Perform incident triage, defect resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Prevent recurring issues through monitoring and process improvements

Procurement Operations Support

• Support direct procurement processes:
  • Requisitions
  • Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Agreements / Blanket Orders
  • Receiving transactions
• Manage sourcing-to-purchasing handoffs

End-to-End Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot STP (Source-to-Pay) processes
• Resolve issues across:
  • Procurement
  • Receiving
  • Payables
  • Supplier Portal interactions

Approvals & Security

• Support approval workflows and controls
• Manage role-based security impacting procurement operations

Integrations & Data Management

• Monitor and support integrations (FBDI, APIs, OIC, middleware)
• Handle batch job failures, error resolution, and reprocessing
• Ensure smooth transaction flow across systems

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Support minor enhancements and production changes
• Improve monitoring and operational efficiency

Release & Upgrade Support

• Support Oracle quarterly updates
• Perform impact analysis and regression testing
• Validate production readiness

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Procurement Cloud experience
• Strong understanding of:
  • Source-to-Pay (STP) lifecycle
  • Requisition-to-PO processes
• Experience in L2/L3 production support
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Direct Materials Procurement (manufacturing/supply chain)
• Supplier onboarding and master data synchronization experience
• ITIL-based support experience
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
• Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher
