We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) Solution Architect / Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Revenue Management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. This role involves solution architecture, functional design, migration strategy, integrations, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support while ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution architecture and implementation.
• Assess existing Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash processes and design the target-state Oracle Fusion Cloud solution.
• Drive Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration using best practices and minimal business disruption.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Revenue Management modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize O2C processes.
• Lead system configuration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
• Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Web Services.
• Work closely with technical teams on interface development, extensions, and reporting.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to AMS/support teams.
• Prepare solution design documents, configuration guides, architecture diagrams, and implementation documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud
  • Oracle Receivables (AR)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Revenue Management
  • Oracle EBS R12 Order Management
  • Oracle Advanced Pricing
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement
• Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle integration frameworks.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle 8i/9i, and Oracle database concepts.
• Expertise in data migration, testing, cutover planning, and post-production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certification.
• Oracle Order Management Cloud Implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
• Strong communication, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion transformation projects.
