Overview:
BRMi is seeking a Oracle HCM Technical Analyst for the Core HR and Position Management modules and Redwood enablement. This position will join our HR Technology team and partner to deliver best-in-class solutions by providing strategic recommendations and delivering new content and features.

Salary: 95k-115k

Responsibilities:
- Support the development, implementation, and on-going support of Human Capital Management (HCM) system; assure stability and performance of the products and platforms across production and nonproduction environments
- Support HCM releases and enable new Oracle Cloud features/functionality
- Provided recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and the employee experience within Core HR and Redwood pages.
- Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities to enhance user adoption and the employee experience in Oracle HCM. Deliver identified solutions.
- Work Oracle SRs and communicate updates to peers.
- Provide training and support to HR Technology team on Core HR best practices.
- Share recommendations for feature usage and implement approved recommendations.
- Troubleshoot HCM related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Oracle Core HR.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM module.
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications.
- Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others.
