Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on Benefits modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Benefits module
- Design and develop Fast Formulas for Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Compensation
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Benefits and Fast Formulas
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
- Provide post-production support and enhancements
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Benefits module
- Expertise in writing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas
- Good understanding of HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, Payroll
- Experience with HDL/HCM Extracts is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
