Job Summary
Seeking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labor and Absence Management. Hands-on experience delivering multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and supporting the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
In this role, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions and functional design workshops.
- Analyze business processes and perform fit-gap analysis to recommend Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documentation and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and data conversions.
- Configure security roles, workflows, and reporting within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Work closely with Payroll and Finance teams to validate Time & Labor and Absence Management processes.
- Provide functional support during deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Oracle HCM functional consulting experience.
- Experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor Cloud and Oracle Absence Management Cloud.
- Experience leading requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and fit-gap analysis.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, security, reporting, and testing.
- Strong understanding of Payroll and Finance integrations with Oracle HCM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Time & Labor Cloud 2025 Certification.
- Oracle Absence Management Cloud 2025 Certification.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Support.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting and security best practices.
