Technical & Tools Expertise Oracle Fusion PPM configuration Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST / SOAP APIs BI Publisher, OTBI FBDI / ADFDI Data migration and reconciliation Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities ERP Transformation & Functional Responsibilities Engage with Project Controls, Finance, Costing, Billing, and Operations teams to gather and document project related business requirements. Analyze existing legacy project accounting and project management processes and map them to Oracle Fusion PPM best practices. Lead or support implementation of Oracle Fusion Projects modules, including: o Project Foundation o Project Costing o Project Billing (Time & Materials, Cost Plus, Fixed Price) o Capital Projects o Project Budgeting and Forecasting Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and process flows. Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business sign off activities. Techno Functional & Integration Responsibilities Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules and related Finance touchpoints. Design and support integrations across Oracle Fusion modules, including: o Projects General Ledger o Projects Procurement o Projects HCM (labor costing) o External project management or field systems Leverage Oracle tools and technologies such as: o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) o span>FBDI / ADFDI o REST / SOAP APIs o BI Publisher and OTBI Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Projects. Financial Controls, Governance & Reporting Ensure project financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements are addressed. Support project cost capitalization, revenue recognition, and billing accuracy. Enable project level reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
