P2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier Management 
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation Management 
HCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management 
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)
Location: Irvine, CA (Candidates from PST, CST, MST, and even EST are acceptable if they are open to relocating to California)
Experience: 12 -15 Years
Employment Type: Long term Contract

 

 Hands-on HCM and functional experience is mandatory, and candidates must have experience in ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle.

 

 

Job Description:-

Typically, 10–12 years in ERP projects
At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects
Prior experience as a team lead or project manager
8–15 years of overall experience 
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations 
Experience in support and enhancement projects
