Kforce is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Analyst with extensive experience supporting core financial functions and strong working knowledge of integrated supply chain and procurement processes. This role requires a self-directed professional who can convert complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and support delivery efforts end to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional solution design, configuration, and implementation for Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, and Receipt Accounting
  • Apply functional knowledge across Inventory Management, Product Management, Self-Service Procurement, and Purchasing
  • Review and validate end-to-end accounting flows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to support integrations, accounting events, and consistent data flow
  • Gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
  • Convert business processes into functional designs and Oracle Cloud configurations
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain functional design documents, business process flows, and solution specifications
  • Support reporting and analytics using OTBI and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Manage data conversion and migration activities using FBDI templates
  • Diagnose functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage Oracle Service Requests
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
  • Develop user documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training
  • Ensure SOX compliance and audit requirements are met
  • Assist with project planning, cross-team communication, stakeholder updates, and coordination with third-party vendors
