Job title: Oracle ERP Test Lead

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/Test Engineer Lead with hands-on experience in cloud-based CRM and ERP applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP/CPQ, or ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong functional testing expertise, a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, system integration (SIT), end-to-end (E2E), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
  • Execute testing activities across cloud applications including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP/CPQ, and/or ServiceNow.
  • Understand and validate end-to-end business process flows across integrated CRM and ERP systems.
  • Identify testing gaps, contribute to test planning, and create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test cycles.
  • Conduct test execution, document results, log defects, and track issue resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support QA leadership and business leads in achieving complete test coverage and proactively raising project risks or concerns.
  • Participate in integration and regression testing activities for multiple interconnected applications/modules.
  • Work with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
  • Continuously learn and support additional applications/modules outside primary expertise to support E2E validation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on testing experience in at least one of the following cloud applications:
    • Salesforce
    • Oracle Cloud ERP/CPQ
    • ServiceNow
  • Strong foundational knowledge of CRM and ERP system functions and business processes.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end integration flows between enterprise applications and modules.
Experience in:
  • Test planning
  • Test case creation and management
  • Test execution and defect tracking
  • SIT, E2E, and UAT testing methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Zephyr or similar test management tools.
