Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 development, Oracle Financial modules, and Oracle database technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS applications while collaborating with functional and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications.
• Develop and maintain RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects aligned with Finance business processes.
• Design and develop Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI/XML Publisher reports, and Concurrent Programs.
• Develop and manage Concurrent Programs and Request Sets.
• Build and maintain integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and SOAP/REST Web Services.
• Provide technical support for Oracle Financials, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with functional teams for resolution.
• Prepare technical design documents, unit test plans, and support SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Work with Apache NiFi for data ingestion, transformation, and routing, including integration with Oracle EBS or Cloud systems.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and provide technical guidance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Ensure SLA adherence, proactive risk mitigation, and release management.
• Support Functional Testing, UAT, mock deployments, and production deployments.
• Maintain version control, documentation standards, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and progress.

• Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI/XML Publisher, and Concurrent Program development.
• Experience building integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and SOAP/REST Web Services.
• Experience supporting Oracle Financials and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and supporting SIT/UAT.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
