Job Title: Oracle Database & Middleware Administrator 14+ years of experience

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, migrating, patching, and maintaining Oracle Application Server 10g and 11g environments, including Oracle Portal and Oracle Discoverer components.
  • Strong expertise in installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, and maintaining Oracle Internet Directory (OID), including integration with Microsoft Active Directory for enterprise authentication and identity management.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Application Servers, middleware components, and Oracle database environments.
  • Hands-on experience performing Oracle database administration activities within IBM AIX environments, including performance monitoring, maintenance, backup, and recovery operations.
  • Proficient in administering and supporting IBM AIX 6.1 and higher operating systems in enterprise production environments.
  • Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments, ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of sensitive healthcare data.
  • Skilled in administering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Informatica PowerCenter, including the development and maintenance of ETL mappings and data integration workflows.
  • Experience planning and executing Oracle database upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), including administration, report development, and migration/conversion of Oracle Discoverer reports to OBIEE.
  • Oracle WebLogic Certified Associate with demonstrated expertise in WebLogic Server administration and support.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
