Job Description/ Responsibilities
1. Oracle database support for mission critical financial Applications
2. Triage Oracle performance issue
3. Golden Gate and Data guard support
4. Log analysis and monitoring setup
5. OEM configuration and trouble shooting
6. Database buildout
7. Documentation and proactive/timely communication
8. Good in Change management Incident management process
9. Status and metrics reporting
10. Client communication and workload manager
11. Coordinate with Offshore for day-to-day issue
12. Implement automation including Self-heal and work flow automation
