Required Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ASCP Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle ASCP, Order Management, Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional and technical solutions.
  • Understand and support Oracle ASCP, Order Management, Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping processes.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and process consultants to gather and validate requirements.
  • Identify cross-functional impacts and design end-to-end solutions across Oracle EBS modules.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution design and implementation.
  • Support system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance during design discussions and solution workshops.
  • Create and execute SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting within Oracle Order Management.
  • Participate in issue resolution, enhancement requests, and ongoing application support activities.
  • Drive customer discussions and provide recommendations on best practices and solution approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ASCP setup and planning processes.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Order Management, Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution workflows.
  • Experience conducting Fit-Gap analysis and solution mapping.
  • Ability to convert functional requirements into technical design documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience interacting directly with business users, customer SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead solution discussions and influence decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle ASCP Certification.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS implementations and support projects.
  • Exposure to Oracle Project Accounting and related cross-functional integrations is a plus.
Note: Candidates located near Westerville, OH are highly preferred. Remote candidates within the USA will be considered provided they can travel during critical project milestones.
