Job Description Summary:
This position does have 30 minute on-call requirements that you must be able to commit to for the length of your OR tenure. All care sites require a 30 minute on-call response time that includes driving, parking, walking in, changing into OR scrubs, and reporting to the charge nurse all within that time frame. The only care sites that do not are Bone and Joint (not currently hiring residents) and Grove City.Responsibilities And Duties:
Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).Minimum Qualifications:
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingAdditional Job Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio.
Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
BLS certification
Must be able to commit to a 30 minute on-call response time which includes: driving to the facility, parking, walking in, changing into OR scrubs, and reporting to the charge nurse within 30 minutes. (Excludes the Bone and Joint-not currently hiring residents and Grove City locations. These locations have call stay-you are required to stay several hours over your assigned shift.)
