As an OR Nurse Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operating room‘s daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals and utilize your leadership skills to guide and support your colleagues.
Lead and manage the operating room team, ensuring efficient and effective patient care
Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures, maintaining a smooth workflow
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing advanced clinical skills
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Need 2 years experience in setting
Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
Master‘s Degree and five years of technical experience preferred
