As a Nurse Lead in the Operating Room, you will play a crucial role in overseeing surgical procedures and ensuring the smooth operation of the OR. Your leadership and expertise will be vital in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
- Lead and supervise the operating room team, ensuring adherence to protocols and high standards of care
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule and rotating start times
- Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize your trauma experience to enhance patient outcomes
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Five years of technical experience preferred
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
