JOB SUMMARY:
This is an OPS position working in the Department of Revenues Information Services Program with the Production Control unit in Tallahassee, FL. This position monitors the nightly and weekend critical batch process for Child Support through ISPs automatic job scheduler software (OpCon). The monitoring activities include but are not limited to the identification and triage of batch job failures, processing user requests, quality assurance of printed forms, scanning, and tracking of forms.
