OPS Deputy Clerk
This is an on-site position in Tallahassee, FL
Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Knowledge and proficiency of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent command and understanding of standard grammar and the English language, and general fluency in proofreading marks.
Strong communication skills (listening, written, and verbal) suitable for a professional working environment.
Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently, with or without close supervision.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and concentrate for long periods of time.
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma or its equivalent
Three (3) years of clerical, administrative, customer service, legal office, or records-related experience
Must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus at least three years of clerical or administrative experience. Vocational/technical training or college coursework from an accredited instituion can substitute for the required experience. Adheres to safety awareness policies in the workplace, views safety videos when presented and attends required safety meetings. Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
