OPS Computer Lab Attendant (Learning Resource Center - Annes College)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classes scheduled in computer labs.
• Assist users (Annes College faculty, staff, and students).
• Check in/out equipment.
• Maintain reservations for labs, conference rooms, and study areas.
• Set up videoconferencing.

Qualifications

High school diploma/equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to Annes College graduate students (with at least 2 semesters before graduation).
• Knowledge of MS Office and Canvas.
• Basic computer troubleshooting and videoconferencing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Customer service experience.
