Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Understanding
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must have better than basic computer skills
  • Must be willing and able to attend all classes
  • Must successfully complete a Level II Background screening to include, but not limited to a drug test and finger printing
  • Must be willing to work the 3pm to 11pm or 11pm-7am shift once the course is completed
