OPS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Processes IT Job Sheets - Once a job is completed for computer install/relocation/removal, add written information needed on the sheets, close the job sheet and then file it.
Assist with IT inventory asset management
File Building Access Request Forms once processed by IT.
Complete Incoming Equipment Logs as needed, and file once processed by IT.
Check in laptops and other IT equipment brought in for servicing.
Complete IT equipment purchases and ensures office supplies are maintained and orders for low supplies submitted timely.
Assist with e-recycling coordination/pickup of old computers and tech equipment.
Assist with answering calls from the IT Coverage Answer Group and working minor tickets.
Assist with mailroom runs in our building, schedule mail pickups for returns.
Other clerical duties as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge in computer software applications (e.g. MS Access, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of HIPPA and maintenance of confidentiality
Skills in effective verbal and written communication
Skills in problem solving.
Skills in critical thinking-judgment and decision making.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Driver's License
