Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Flow Specialists to manage, curate, and facilitate high-quality investment opportunities for our investor and fund manager network.
This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Specialists operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Opportunity Flow Specialists will:
Monitor and manage deal flow from proprietary and semi-proprietary sources
Introduce curated deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide context on asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Ensure smooth early-stage diligence handoff to analysts
Build a verified track record of sourced and facilitated opportunities
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
This role is ideal for professionals with deep visibility into deal pipelines and strong networks, including operators, brokers, advisors, and intermediaries.
Approved Opportunity Flow Specialists may:
Curate proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to investors and sponsors through the Initio Sphere platform
Provide structured insights on deal potential, structure, and economics
Facilitate early-stage diligence and coordination between deal parties
Track and report opportunity flow, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness
Note: Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.
Based on approval, Opportunity Flow Specialists may manage or submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured or opportunistic investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and network visibility.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal
Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and role
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunity flow

Begin curating and submitting qualified deals to the network
No cold pitching or blind outreach: all deals are introduced through curated platform channels.
Opportunity Flow Specialists do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to opportunity management, introduction, and relationship facilitation, fully compliant with securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting risk
Work directly with credible capital allocators
