Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Discovery Scouts to identify, track, and introduce high-potential investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Opportunity Discovery Scouts:
Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live transactions
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified opportunity track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with early visibility into emerging transactions, including operators, intermediaries, brokers, advisors, and networked specialists.
Approved Opportunity Discovery Scouts may:
Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide strategic context: asset, structure, economics, and investment thesis
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling, underwriting, and valuation)
Scouts are not responsible for:
Financial modeling, valuation, or underwriting
Capital raising or fundraising
Preparing investment memoranda
Providing investment advice
Based on approval, Scouts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or early-stage investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and insight into opportunity pipelines.
Scouts earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout contribution
No caps for consistently high-quality opportunity sourcing

Complete verification and category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network
There is no cold pitching or blind outreach. Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Opportunity Discovery Scouts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to opportunity discovery, strategic introductions, and relationship facilitation, fully compliant with applicable securities laws.
Operators with early visibility into high-potential transactions
Brokers, intermediaries, and advisors with proprietary deal flow
Founders, consultants, or professionals close to capital needs
Networked professionals consistently hearing about emerging opportunities
