Responsibilities include setting up and operating press brake machines, working from blueprints, inspecting parts, making adjustments, handling materials, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements include mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, teamwork, and good communication. Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 lbs, working on concrete floors, and performing repetitive movements.
Preferred skills are experience with press brakes, manufacturing, measuring tools, forklift operation, and ERP systems. Training will be provided for those with a solid mechanical background and motivation to grow. Compensation is competitive with incentives.
