This is a non-exempt, light industrial role within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The operator will work within a manufacturing cell producing high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies. Work is performed under close supervision following standardized procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement.Position Responsibilities:- Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies- Follow specified and standardized procedures under close and continual supervision- Ensure job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date- Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly to all levels of manufacturing management in written and oral form- Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers, including during facility tours- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices during all operations- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes- Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability of all parts and timely resolution of quality issues- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles- Participate with the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager in setting and monitoring individual goals and cell performance metrics- Support divisional initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
