Comment:
Supports a high-volume medical device manufacturing environment within a machine shop setting. Responsible for precision manual deburring and finishing of aluminum components, as well as operating CNC equipment to support production output.
Approximately 50% of the role involves detailed hand finishing to meet strict cosmetic and dimensional standards. The remaining responsibilities include loading and unloading CNC machines, performing basic tool offsets, and supporting in-process inspection.
This role is best suited for a reliable, hands-on individual with strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. Candidates should have 23 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Experience with CNC equipment is preferred but not required.
Candidates should show interest in learning machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance over time. There is opportunity for growth into more advanced technical responsibilities based on performance and capability.
