We are currently hiring Operator I candidates for a leading medical device manufacturing company in the AVD Division located in Saint Paul, MN (New Brighton area). This is a great opportunity for individuals with cleanroom and medical device assembly experience looking for long-term stability and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble medical device products in a cleanroom environment
• Perform product inspection and testing
• Utilize microscopes periodically for detailed assembly work
• Package and box finished products
• Operate electrical torque drivers and screwdrivers
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and FDA-regulated manufacturing processes
• Cross-train in additional production areas as needed
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of cleanroom medical device manufacturing experience required
• Prior assembly experience within the medical device industry required
• Soldering and microscope experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High School Diploma or GED required
Work Environment:
• Hair net, beard net, shoe covers, and safety glasses required
• Fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment
