Advance Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift crew as a Production Associate in Columbia, MO. Whether youre new to manufacturing or ready to get back into a hands-on role, this is your chance to grow with a company thats all about reliability, quality, and teamwork. What You'll Be Doing:
Operate production presses and assembly lines
Inspect and process parts according to job instructions (JOS)
Rework and repackage parts when needed
Align and assemble components into complete units
Meet daily/weekly production quotas
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow instructions from your supervisor and be a team player
What You Bring to the Team:
A dependable work ethic and commitment to showing up on time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically
Able to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
Basic understanding of quality control
