Operations Warfighting Analyst

The Opportunity As a defense mission professional you ask questions others dont. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further solving complex problems. We are looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As an Operations Warfighting Analyst you will use your analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you work as a member of an Operations Group for the client. You will support the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of a Warfighter Exercise (WFX) program. You will be a trusted advisor to military personnel and will be looked to by you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations.

You will also write Operations Orders as required and use all current and future analytical tools available to produce After Action Reports (AARs). You will serve as the WFX POC, producing digital SCP as required, producing orders x-walk, and when feasible, cross-train as a workstation controller. You will oversee the constructive training work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Armys warfighter program. You served your country-now continue your mission with us.

You Have

• Experience as a field grade officer including Warrant Officer (W-45) or Sergeant Major (E9).
• Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer (S-3) or Operations Sergeant Major.
• Experience with using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelors degree.
• Completion of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC).

Nice If You Have

• Experience as a Colonel (O-5) or above.
• Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positions.
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Masters degree.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Graduate of War College (MEL1) or equivalent.
• Clearance.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
