  • Monitor role-based training progress and coordinate timely recertification activities to maintain workforce readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain training tracking tools, as directed, to support visibility into qualification status and recertification timelines.
  • Meet established training deadlines and proactively communicate risks to completion.
Training Assessment, Standardization, and Training Content
  • Communicate trainee readiness, qualification status, and performance trends to supervisors and Operations Leadership.
  • Partner with managers, supervisors, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
  • Support standardization of training delivery and qualification practices across shifts and operational areas to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Monitor operational trends and performance indicators to identify potential training-related gaps.
  • Escalate inconsistencies between controlled documentation and training content to the Operations Training Manager and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collect and report training effectiveness data (e.g., certification outcomes, audit observations, employee feedback) to support continuous improvement.
