Check out some of our benefits below!Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance available day one of employment401(k) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting of company match and core contributionsPaid vacation, holidays, and sick timePaid parental leaveAdoption assistanceFlexible Spending Accounts (medical, dependent daycare)Health Savings AccountLife Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&DEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)ResponsibilitiesDay to Day control and monitoring the processes to produce hydrogen, which includes operating and controlling the following: Furnaces, Compressors, DCS monitoring systems, Rotating Equipment, Catalyst Reactors, Water Treatment Systems (Boiler and Cooling Water Systems), operated manual Valves, and Pressure Swing Adsorption skidTroubleshoot, respond to operating conditions, respond to customer order rates, and process optimizationComplete operator rounds, implement minor preventative maintenance, and support mechanical and instrumentation maintenance and projectsIssue permit work in the field and monitor contract partnersParticipate in the basic safety process as a key member of the Site Safety committee and sharing responsibility for the site's overall safety performanceInteract with staff personnel to maintain operation of plant; assist in plant equipment mechanical repairs, instrument calibrations and electrical troubleshootingFollow Operating proceduresSupport other facilities in the area as requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent experienceA Degree in Process Technology or equivalent experience is preferredFive years of operations experience in the industry is preferredThis is a safety sensitive positionMust be a self-motivated individual and comfortable working independentlyStrong mechanical competence and/or military backgroundMust be willing to work rotating shifts and weekends and accept 24-hour on-call duties on a rotating basisAble to work overtime as neededStrong oral and written communications skillsGreat teammate who is flexible and has a positive attitudePhysical RequirementsMust be capable of handling confined space entry, ascending ladders and steps, and lifting at least 50 lbsWill be exposed to high noise levelsBe capable of fulfilling call-in obligations when necessaryElevated work requiredWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (U.S.).
