Ensuring Chart's Success…
Reporting to the Supervisor, this position provides internal support for the Customer Service team. Primary responsibilities include analyzing, evaluating, and maintaining data and documentation required to support business operations related to Customer Service responsibilities as well as collaborating on systemic and process enhancements/improvements and training programs with management.
This can be an in-office (located in New Prague, MN) or remote position.
What Will You Do?
Price Desk Management
Maintain Price Records in ERP System
Manage / Own Price Book
Work with Sales for special promotions, etc.to determine best protocol.
Ensure pricing meets company standards.
Manage Customer Service task related to master data.
Customer account information.
Product information.
Manage departmental documentation.
policy & procedural work instructions,
process flow charts
Department Reports using ReportsNow.
Collaborating with Management on Process Improvements.
Support IAR's by assisting with order management
Mange customer service survey process.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.

Pay Range: 52,000 - 70,000 annually
