(1st Shift): Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Experience: 0-2+ years of experience in manufacturing/production, metal fabrication experience preferred.
Operations Support Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time team member to support our growing manufacturing operation. This is a critical dual-focus role, split approximately 50/50 between providing project management support and handling estimating/quoting responsibilities. The position is essential for helping the team manage customer projects, maintain accurate schedules, and provide timely quotations. We are looking for a candidate who takes ownership of their work, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Previous experience in quoting or project management is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Operations Support Specialist Key Responsibilities- Project and Operations Support:
- Assist the team in managing customer projects and maintaining accurate schedules.
- Spend time on the production floor to gather information, verify part status, check inventory counts, and assist with project updates.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Estimating and Quoting:
- Execute estimating and quoting responsibilities to ensure timely quotations.
- Adhere strictly to instructions and established processes when performing all duties.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges.
Operations Support Specialist Required Qualifications and Skills- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and established processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Able to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to spend time both in the office and on the production floor.
- Takes ownership of work and has a positive attitude.
- Previous quoting or project management experience is not required.
