Operations Support Manager

This is not a behind-the-desk operations role. As an Operations Support Manager, you are the engine behind the scenes that keeps our site running at a high level. You'll own warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, facility readiness, and safety compliance, ensuring our sales teams have exactly what they need to win in the market. You are the steady hand that brings structure, efficiency, and accountability to daily operations. When inventory is accurate, the warehouse is organized, equipment is ready, and safety standards are met, our districts succeed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in running a clean, efficient, and compliant operation.
This role includes:
Inventory Control
• Managing site-level inventory by monitoring stock levels, deliveries, and usage to ensure product availability and accuracy
• Investigating, documenting, resolving, and reporting inventory discrepancies and variances
• Supporting the month-end inventory reconciliation process with timely and accurate reporting
• Reviewing inbound Bills of Lading and identifying, documenting, and reporting discrepancies
• Submitting daily load requests to third-party logistics partners
Warehouse Operations
• Owning daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, loading, and outbound shipments
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating material handling equipment needs and utilization
• Providing operational support and backfill to district teams as needed
Facility & Equipment Management
• Managing facility, grounds, and vehicle sanitation schedules
• Overseeing maintenance schedules for all facility equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Ensuring site-level safety practices and policies are consistently followed
• Managing and supporting facility safety audits and compliance requirements
Workplace Safety
• Completing and maintaining required safety training and certifications
• Managing facility safety audits and compliance requirements

What does the role require?
• High school diploma required
• 2+ years warehouse supervisory experience required (refrigerated warehouse experience preferred)
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the day
• Ability to work in 0-degree freezer and 35-degree cooler environments
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Light travel as needed
• Commitment to safety, food quality, and operational excellence
