Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a dynamic leader to support operations across multiple recycling and waste processing facilities throughout the United States. This Operations Support Leader position requires extensive travel (up to 95%) and serves as a key operational resource for new site startups, leadership training, workforce management, and customer support.

This leadership position is responsible for implementing workforce management programs while ensuring operational excellence at assigned facilities. As the primary liaison between customer facility management and Leadpoint's corporate support teams, you will oversee workforce performance, customer relationships, safety initiatives, and daily operations while helping new and existing locations achieve success.

 

You'll also perform additional functions including customer service and communication across multiple facilities; hiring and recruiting production employees; HR administrative and payroll support; coaching and mentoring site leadership; troubleshooting operational challenges; analyzing workforce performance metrics; supporting new site launches; and leading safety program initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Operations Support Leader

· Support Operations Across Multiple Customer Sites

Requirements of the Operations Support Leader

· Associate's Degree or equivalent related experience

· Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in production, manufacturing, recycling, waste, logistics, or workforce management

· Previous experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production environment

· Ability to travel domestically up to 95%

· Valid Driver's License

· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement

· Working knowledge of safety practices, HR compliance, payroll, and timekeeping systems

· Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, lead change, and support multiple locations with varying operational needs
